My wife had an emergency after the surgery and we wen to the downtown location. My wife lost her vision almost to zero in just three days and had consistent pain. A lady doctor checked her and said its just dry eyes, but it didn't resolved the problem. After 2 days, we went again by taking an appointment. But then doctor checked and said he's referring to another doctor to Scarborough location. Front desk lady said we will call you tomorrow morning around 9 am. to let you know the exact time. Me and wife took off from work as she cannot drive after check-up. Next day, till 11:30, we didn't received any call. We were calling and calling, and guess what, the answer is that "doctor has not checked the file yet" Wow its 12:30 and doctor is able to look at the file and no one knows if we'll be able to see the doctor today or not....absolutely BS. no system, no answer...nothing. Just wait and wait. What you think, are doctors only to get the money for surgery and thats it. NO ONE KNOWS THE ANSWER AS WHAT TO DO.....BLOODY LIARS..just waste your time waiting for them to call you.
